Faculties and teaching conditions: Currently there are 20 full-time faculty members, including 7 professors, 5 associate professors, 3 doctoral tutors and 6 master’s tutors. Among them, 11 members have PhD degrees. This major is supported by a provincial scientific and technological innovation team, a provincial featured course of ‘heating, ventilation and air condition’, as well as 5 provincial teaching and research platforms including ‘assembly building energy-saving technology’ and ‘building environment control technology’. Professional characteristics and educational effects: The characteristics of this major are mainly reflected in: (1) adhering to cultivate specialized talents for the nuclear industry; (2) adhering to the philosophy of combined ‘production, learning and research’; (3) adhering to cross and integrated disciplines. 80 undergraduate students and 20 graduates are recruited consistently per year. By the end of 2017, a total of 2000 undergraduates and nearly 100 graduates were trained in this major. The employment rate has been steadily over 95% and the admission rate of graduate students have been around 30%. 师资与教学条件:建环专业现有专任教师20人,其中教授7人,副教授5人;博士11人;博士生导师3人,硕士生导师6人。拥有省级科技创新团队,建有“暖通空调”省级精品课程;建有“装配式建筑节能技术”、“建筑环境控制技术”等5个省级教学科研平台。 专业特色与培养效果:本专业特色主要体现在(1)坚持为核行业培养专门人才(2)坚持“产、学、研”紧密结合(3)坚持学科交叉、融合。本专业每年本科生招生80人、硕士研究生20余人。截止2017年,本专业共有本科毕业生2000余人,硕士毕业生近100人。毕业生就业率一直在95%以上,考研录取率在30%左右。
Admission Requirements:Admission qualification is given prior to graduate and post-graduate applicants who had former experiences of man-made environment, building energy conservation, building and environment and environmental engineering, and who are suitable for the research in this major. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree recognized by the Chinese government, be under 35 year old, have the ability for English communication and have good health. 招生要求:本专业优先录取具有人工环境、建筑节能、建筑与环境、环境工程等专业方向学习或实践经验并适合本专业学习的硕士或博士学位申请者。申请者须具有中国政府承认的学士学位,年龄不超过35岁,具有良好的英语交流能力,身体健康。
Educational Objectives: The major of building environment and energy engineering is committed to cultivating highly-qualified engineering practitioners with comprehensive technological and management skills. They are expected to possess a solid knowledge of the basic theories and engineering principals, as well as innovation potentials. They act as a strong force in research institutes, engineering companies, manufacturing enterprises and management departments at research and development, manufacturing, sales, and managing posts. 专业人才培养目标:建环专业致力于培养具备从事建筑环境控制与能源供给系统以及建筑设施智能化工程基础理论、专业技术知识和实践与创新能力,能在设计研究院、工程公司、设备制造企业、管理部门等从事设计、研发、生产、施工、销售、管理等岗位工作的基础扎实、实践能力强的高层次、复合型工程技术和工程管理人才。
