Enrolment materials to be prepared for the 2018-2019 academic year
Material 1: language students and undergraduate students
(1) the international student learning application form of University of South China is completed in Chinese or in English and attached to the photo. Please download this form on this website.
(2) the certificate of the highest degree of notarization. If it is a Chinese or English language text, the Chinese or English translation of the text should be submitted and notarized.
(3) a notarized report card. Those who study undergraduate courses submit high school transcripts, master degree candidates, submit university transcripts, doctoral candidates, submit master's transcripts.
(4) a passport scan (including name and passport number).
(5) one original and one copy of the foreigner's physical examination record within six months.
(6) a copy of the scans of a non criminal record certificate.
(7) an electronic photo of 2 inches on the white bottom.
(8) juvenile guardians are certified (provided by minors).
Material two: postgraduates (including Masters and doctoral students)
(1) the international student learning application form of University of South China is completed in Chinese or in English and attached to the photo. Please download this form on this website.
(2) the certificate of the highest degree of notarization. If it is a Chinese or English language text, the Chinese or English translation of the text should be submitted and notarized.
